
Emma
Affectionately known as the “Pocket Rocket” or the “Smilling Assassin”
Emma has been qualified and working in the fitness Industry for 10 years, but has been teaching from the early age of 12 in the Latin & Ballroom scene. Emma coaches a variety of styles across gym floors, studios and Personal Training.
She is qualified with Level 2 ETM, Level 3&4 PT, pre and post natal, Spinning, Zumba, Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates. Amongst all of this, outside of fitness, Emma is a fully qualified ISTD Latin and Ballroom teacher too.
In Emma’s spare time, she loves spending it with her wonderful fiancé, family and her beautiful chocolate Lab Nelly.

Hannah
Challenge yourself in Hannah’s dynamic and athletic style classes, guaranteed to raise your heartbeat and work a sweat.
Hannah is a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, with a DDE for ISTD Dance teaching. She is best described as fun, approachable and supportive with a bubbly personality.
Hannah has always had a passion for fitness and dance from an early age, training at the prestigious Italia Conti Arts Centre. Her dancing career led to pursue an interest in Pilates and reformer with her love of fitness and resistance training evident in her reformer classes. These classes will make you work up a sweat, become stronger and feel better inside and out; enabling you to achieve your goals.

Aniko
Aniko has a dancing background with a strong passion for movement. She is trained in Level 3 Classical Mat Pilates and has completed her Dynamic Reformer course in London.
She loves to challenge her clients while keeping her classes fun, help clients achieve greater mobility and strength to discover muscles they’ve never felt before. Aniko has further deepened her knowledge for specialist needs such as pre & post-natal and common orthopaedic conditions.

Sarah
Sarah is a Level 3 Pilates Instructor, Pre and Postnatal (Body Control Pilates®️) & a comprehensive Pilates Reformer and Equipment Instructor, qualified in 2017.
Sarah initially discovered Pilates through injury management and to provide balance in a busy life. Her own Pilates practice quickly transformed her life; both physically and mentally. She is particularly passionate about the benefits of Pilates for sportspeople with a special interest in rotational sports, skiing and rugby.
For Sarah, what makes Reformer Pilates so beneficial as an exercise practice is that it incorporates stretching, loading and corrective components without putting too much pressure on weight bearing joints.
Sarah likes to deliver a class that is accessible and fun, but challenging at the same time. You’re guaranteed to come out smiling, stronger and most importantly, satisfied.
Outside of the reformer room Sarah likes to travel and surf in warm climates.

Lucy
Lucy is Level 3 Mat, and STOTT trained reformer instructor. Lucy loves weight training and HIIT in her spare time, so you can expect some STOTT repertoire exercises, mixed with a dynamic cardio element. All levels are welcome, and you should go away feeling the burn.
Coming from a sales background in fashion and lifestyle sales, Lucy decided to turn her passion for Pilates and fitness into a career after having her baby. She wants to make women feel empowered, and strong. Lucy lives with in Surrey with her partner, and little boy, and loves to travel the world.
