Welcome to a new era of you. One Pilates Studios is a boutique Pilates Studio, based in the heart of Weybridge, Surrey.

Our purpose is to elevate mindful movement by delivering wholesome 50 minute long group classes which create sustainable and transformative results in an uplifting and social space.

    Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced in reformer, our individual private sessions are great for offering a more tailored approach for your ability. Each session is personalised to you and allows you to get the most out of your 60 minutes. You can always double up with a friend or partner and share a private duet session together too.
