
REFORMER
Our Reformer classes provide a spring of fun, proven to lengthen, strengthen, tone and sculpt for a total body workout. Sitting, standing, lying or kneeling, this impressive form of movement improves power and flexibility, guaranteed to have you feeling energised and uplifted. Our 60 minute classes are based predominantly around the Reformer, and may include: arcs, balls, boxes, rings and other small equipment, to help challenge areas of difficulty.

REFORMER | SCULPT
This Reformer class is suited for mixed abilities providing 60 minutes of classical Pilates using the resistance of the reformer.A slower paced class, focusing on stretching, strengthening and lengthening the body, with an emphasis on the mind-body connection. Expect to work on the breath throughout each controlled Pilates movements, which will enable mental clarity and leave you feeling notably de-stressed.

REFORMER | ATHLETIC
This Reformer class is suited for mixed abilities and blends Pilates with cardio and other movement to achieve a full body workout.Expect 60 minutes of upbeat music and fitness in an intimate class setting. These classes incorporate fitness movements into classical Pilates routines, where our dynamic instructors will ensure you leave the class feeling energised and accomplished. * NOT SUITABLE FOR PRE-NATAL.*

PRIVATE
Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced in Pilates, our individual Private sessions are great for offering a more tailored approach for your ability. Each session is personalised to you and allows you to get the most out of your 60 minutes. You can always double up with a friend or partner and share a Private Duet session together too | Please email the studio for availbility.
