Join Lucy in the studio every Saturday morning at 9.15, for a spicy start to your weekend.
Lucy is Level 3 Mat, and STOTT trained reformer instructor. Lucy loves weight training and HIIT in her spare time, so you can expect some STOTT repertoire exercises, mixed with a dynamic cardio element. All levels are welcome to join Lucy’s classes which will have the leaving feeling the burn.
